From Roman banquets to sausages & double mash, and faggot casserole with a glass of rioja, our February workshop really was all about food. Reading about it, talking about it and, of course, writing about it.

Jane Seabourne is the cookery correspondent for the St Michael's and All Angels Tettenhall parish magazine. She is also the author of two poetry collections, both published by Offa's Press: Bright Morning and Our Beautiful Scars.
