Flash fiction & found poems

The last time the Bilston Writers group met before the lockdown was in February for the AGM.

After the AGM, Karen gave an introduction to flash fiction with a handout. Since we have agreed to extend Bilston Dozen, our poem-a-month project, to include flash fiction of up to 300 words, this will definitely be useful.

For anyone who didn't want to have a go at flash fiction then and there, there were newspaper articles, magazines, scissors, glue and coloured pens for creating black-out and cut-up poems. We pinned the finished pieces to the noticeboard to create a mini exhibition. It may still be there for all we know...
