Japanese forms of poetry with David Bingham

In our October session we looked at Japanese forms of poetry: haiku, tanka and haibun.

David Bingham first introduced the Bilston Writers group to haiku poetry a couple of years ago during a workshop and I got hooked. Everywhere I looked there was a haiku poem. I love the shortness and the visualisation of it as it forms the picture in your mind.
